Custom Tab

I want to make a custom tab for my forum but I want to know if it is possible that the linking can be directed outside of the forum. I need for the tab to link to another website.

I'm currently using the Counterstrike theme with TP.

Any help is appreciated!

Yes, you can create your own menu and place it where ever you want.
And you can link to outside site urls, but you will have to use the full paths for the links.
If you search a bit you will find out how to make your linktrees and how to place and name them in the template file.
