Shoutbox and IE6 and 7

Does anybody have a similiar problem?
Shoutbox messages on IE 6 and 7 are moving[even too fast] but in opera and moziila, everything is fine-they are static.

It's scrolling very fast for me in FireFox.

Because you have the Shoutbox options set to scroll?

yes,yes i wanted that when someone wants to see all shouts can easily scroll to bottom of page without opening a linked page.
i disabled it now.
