Try different paths in your ftp info.

./forum (name of forum directory)
./
/
/home/username/www/forum

Try different ones, as some FTP servers are picky in what you use.

Well if you can't get past that you'll have to do it manually. There's a doc in our Doc board that gives the instructions.
