Hi, I've just started using SMF and TP and am completely new to all of this.  I've got so far and have a stumbling point that I cant seem to get around.  I have everything installed, however the front page and my forums are two different themes and I cant work out how to correct this.  Site is at http://www.priestsofpain.com/forum/index.php if anyone might be able to give me pointers.  I'm just trying to get a nice dark theme to work with both tp and smf.

Hi, if you have articles on your home page then that is probably the reason.
Articles have theme options. If 1 article is using a different theme to the rest of the forum, that will overide the theme on the home page.

Check each article's themes in the Article's options.

Yeah I was looking at that.  Seems it might be the themes are not compatible with both tp and smf.  I've now however messed this up further and I cant change themes on the site at all for some reason.  Just keeps reverting to the core theme.

You are welcome to PM me a Temp Admin and Pass and I can take a look.

Which theme do you want over all?

Zetan

Ok.. I'm done. I reset the overall theme for everybody to Dark Whisper. Changed the Article theme on the home page which was over riding the board theme.

I've also enabled quick editing of blocks and articles, visible to Admin only. Or the membergroups you choose to have options to edit aither blocks or articles.

Zetan

Edit to the above.. I just went back and set the article theme to None. This will now use the theme set for the forums.
