installing TP w soft MC

How do you go about installing TP after you have already installed smf.

Download the current version from the downloads section. v0.9.8 and upload the zip file via the SMF package manager.. then apply.
It's really quite simple. Unless you encounter any problems and you may need to manually edit the files.

Bare with me, I am really new to TP. I am confused as to where to download TP. I go to the download section and you have themes list, is that the TP.

Make sure you install TP with the Default SMF theme set as your forum default.
Then for you to have Soft MC for TP, you need to install the TP version of the theme, you can find it in Crips board.

Thanks, I took some time to read the FAQ  . I like the new def theme its nice... just gonna modify it. But I might stick with Soft mc... anyways I am rambling, thank you.

I seem to get this error at the bottom of the page when I install new def the TP version.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tportal_version() in /home/clipx/public_html/Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 431
