bottom panel

I see a left and right panel in TP but I also need a bottom panel above the footer which can be seen on all forum pages. Is it possible.

okok when is it to be released also I need 1 more right panel so the site will have four columns

From now on i will just lock the posts where the question about the next release will be.
We have answerd that question about a milion times in here for every release thats been done.
