When I install Tp in my forum , It can't show my language when I type and everwhere!

So... How can it show my language? And how can I translate my language?

(My language is thai [encoding=tis-620 ])

I hope im giving you the right help now, never used any other language support then ISO and utf8.

But to translate from English to your language your self is pretty "easy"

In the downloadsection here on TP you will find the English language package. Download it and change the English words between the "word here"; to your own language.

Then it's the saving of the file/s im unsure of here, but if you save it with the same encoding as the rest of the forum, it should work. (or i hope so)

I can't test this as I'm at work, But I'm sure the languages found here:

http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=cat693

Will work for the latest versions of SMF/TP.

I can't remember of the top if the language packs contain a file similar to the packages. Packages include a file called 'package-info.xml'. This contains forum version information that is needed to prevent packages being installed if they are out of date and incompatible. Because very little was changed with the latest SMF upgrade, most packages will still work and in most cases, adding the current forum version number into the package-info.xml will allow the package to be installed. I don't recomend doing this for every version upgrade as there may be bigger changes to the code, then even bigger problems start.
