Upss.. than i can load the TP only Files again and i can put the "old" german language files in the trash? Because, iÂÃ,  made a new install....

The language files are not part of "files_only" zip yet. So you need to ftp both those and the german language files up. The first zip is already laid out, but the german language files you need to put into Themes/default/languages.
