Implamenting a Links Directory in tiny portal with left blocks

I am intending to put a links directory on my website. It will be a largish script with its own admin pannel etc. It will be a catagory based directory.

What I would like to know is how would I impliment this within tinyportal so I have my blocks on the left hand side like they are set up now.

My Directory will be placed in its own folder example.
http://mydomain.com/directory/directoryhome.php

If you look in the block code and snippets board there are several diffrent scripts posted. Both html, java and php.
