Search Engine

Hello guys!

is there a module or a modification one can make (manually) so the search works through my webpage (articles) as well, not just in SMF Forum Boards?

I have now >Google but I guess it take time for it to update.
The other solution is of course to download a script speratly.

ut is there a way to modify search SMF engine or is there a module for it to search my entire site?

At this time there is no such mod, but in future release of TP i think Bloc said he would add this some how.

Anyone know where to go to add this? Can't be that hard to add the tables for articles to the basic search. I've created custom searches but I admit the miles of code for SMF and TP's add ons are still beyond me.

I'm trying to help someone convert a completely static movie review site over to SMF/TP and the article system was part of the reason to stay with this setup and most of what people will be searching for are going to be in articles.

I'd love to add articles to search as well as make most recent articles the default rss for the site, both of which seem not easy to reach for now.

Looks like it's time for me to start digging deeper into search.php?

I finally used googles search engine.
I hope though that a mod will be created. Would be really cool.
