is there a mod for poll's

hi i have looked at many of the posters sites and theres some real corkers out there  :up: :up: :up:

i have seen some with polls on ther foum index page

i tried doing it in the same way as the mini banner (thanks agin those that helped)
ie block manager but dont seem to be able to do it

is this feature a downloaded mod ?
