Problem [Missing Text]

Hi, I'm new to smf and tiny portal.  I have a small problem, after Ive installed tiny portal not all text seem to show, IE: in shoutbox the shout button appears to be blank.  My site is www.combatandsurvival.org/smf/  could someone take a quick look and let me know if there is anything wrong or am i just a noob and is there a simple explanation...
