Test failed error

When installing a mod I got this error

". Execute Modification ./Themes/default/index.template.php Test failed"

I am installing the Revenue Mod sharing Mod on  SMF 1.1.2 /TP

When I try again, this is the error I get:

Fatal error: packageinstall() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/gilberto/domains/sports-blog.com/public_html/Packages/temp/./install.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/php/includes') in /home/gilberto/domains/sports-blog.com/public_html/Sources/Packages.php on line 552
