Showing a single forum in a recentbox ?

I would like to know if it's possible to show topics from a single forum in the recentbox, instead of topics from all the forums available ?

Look here in this topic in the block code snippets.  You can find many useful block ideas here.   This one you can modify to show which boards you want it to show recent topics from. If you need help with that you can post there.
