Banned member still able to use Flashchat...help

I have a banned member that is still able to use our Flashchat feature.  Is there a way to stop that?

Why don't you deny complete access to everything on your forum to banned members?
But wait...Is flash chat available to guests? That could be a problem if it is.

yeah if he has direct URL for the chat you will have to use the flash chat configuration to not accept guests..

But first you must look into if this member has been banned properly.. IP+HOST

Edit: also flashchat comes with some default logins.. go check out their site.. there is a default spymode login i think.. better go read up on the documentation over at tufats.com 

If you have access to edit your HTACCESS file you can always use this method to permanently ban the dude.. ofcourse you need his IP: http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/userban/

You probably have to go into the FlashChat db and/or tables and ban him.

Crap.  I didn't ban by host.  I tried to add that trigger but I don't know where to find the host now.  Any ideas?

Crap.  I didn't ban by host.  I tried to add that trigger but I don't know where to find the host now.  Any ideas?

Use his ip and goto whois and find out the host and block there Ip Range
