How can I do on my TP that
Guests will be able to comment and vote articles?

Admin/Members/Permissions/ set what group you want to have access to what.

Thanks, but there is NO options for commenting and voting TP articles

There is no such thing in TP as it is now.
Im not sure there will be options for this in future releases of TP eather.
Why dont you send a request in the feature request board and see what Bloc say when he have the time ?

Actually there is G6 in each article you have a tab a the top right that has editor/options. Select options and you can add the voting for ratings allow comments and many other options...

Yes, i know, but not for Guests, only registerd members. I thought the same as you Porky.

This options are for only Registred Users!

Not for Guests!
