I installed TinyPortal and I just have one problem with it.

In admin and under TinyPortal there isn't any thing there?

This isn't showing up in that box.

Settings
Block Manager
Article Manager
Downloads Manager

What do I need to do to get them to show up?

Try this.admin>server settings>forum default langauge.Switch to english.See if that works.Did for me.
