how do I turn on "Recent Posts" at the bottom of the forum

I hunted around and I know it has to be something simple but im looking right over it. the one above the member list.

I was not the person who added it to start with

Admin/Configuration/Current theme/ "Number of recent posts to display on board index:
To disable the recent posts bar set this value to zero."

If you only knew how many times i have made the same, just sit there and look for things when they are right infront of you

To make it fun I reinstalled a theme and some changes to 2 themes, my forum members sent me pm's and post the whole time.

I did have 10 things going at once and pulled it off.

What makes me feel good is an empty error log before my fixes today I was getting 2,500 pages every 24 hours.

No errors at all now.
