Problems with fresh install of SMF and TP

[arclight]

Some things are missing from my boards......Like, the TP admin panel......any ideas?

This is a subdomain of my website, and for some reason I cannot figure out why things are not displaying properly.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

See attached pix for details on what I mean.
