Forum Poll Block Recommendation

Hey you guys! I just have to post this because it took me a while to sort through all the posts and find the right option for a poll block.  I wanted to help others who are looking for a poll and having the same issue of finding one. 

If you're like me, I LOVED the TP poll but that little bugger kept disappearing on me. I read it was a bug. I tried another poll that wasn't very aesthetically pleasing. I had to comb through old poll topics researching what options I had for a poll. 

In case anyone else hasn't found this yet, I found a really cool SMF poll by Clemenzo. He's posted here on the forum about it and announced when SMF made it a mod.  it's a really cool SMF poll and gives you the code to set up the TP PHPcode block. It looks great!  Here it is...
