I just installed one of those theme and I could still not see tinyportal on the admin menu. Under what category does it fall under? I also notice from the pakage menu (see image) "Apply Mod" which I had done already.

I can see in that image you haven't installed TP yet... See where it says apply mod? ;)

It may have not completely installed then. What next for me then? Should I try installing under the new theme?

I deleted and re-install and it stock at "table could not be updated" is this a known bug?

This is what it should look like after installing TinyPortal

Personally, it seems to be easier to install 1.1.1 and apply TP 9.7.1 on that. You can then patch to 1.1.2 Since you don't have any mods yet that may be easiest if your unfamiliar with it.

Table cannot be updated sound like a database error.

If you would like, you could install the forum and give a user admin account to instal the TP and then change the admin access. I would only suggest that as a last resort and only in a pm to someone willing to do it. :)

HJB, is you use the search and look through the threads you will have all the answers you will ever need to get TP installed correct.
Start with the sticky post in this board and im sure you will have TP up and running on your forum with in 15 to 20 min
