anyway how would I remove these items users state can not see TP?

MY users state that TP is not working and my site looks just like the forum with the core theme
I have installed TP

I am guessing somehow they are in need of these items to be  removed so they CAn NOT - out the  TP? look



because other then that  i am at a loss that only I as admin can see the site with the TP add ons?

anyway how would I remove those 2 items?

Each block has its own permissions. You need to edit each block to choose the membergroups that are allowed to see them. They will then see the blocks on each side.

last version of tp i had you either enabled or disabled them
did not even know  they added permissions to them in this version
