Feature request for Downloads module

It would be really nice to have the abilty to let users make comments about individual downloads for download pages.....like they can for gallery pics and also be able to rate the download?

This have been discussed a few times, and if i remember correct, i think Bloc said he would look in to it in featured released of TP, but it will probably take some time to get there.
