Download Manger FTP Error 1.1 Final & TP.97

I try to use FTP uploader in Downloads Manger and I get the following error-

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /smf/index.php could not be found on this server.

Apache/1.3.36 Server at www.porkrindstudios.com Port 80

Any Ideas

Ok nothing I have installed on other sites , test site everything works fine. But on this new site that was running rc3 and TP.96 it worked fine. Deleted the whole directory and tables in MSQ and set up a brand new site Doesn't work still.

This is posted in the bugtracker some time ago, so i think Bloc have looked at this for the update

OK I looked around Didn't see it in there. Am I the only one that is getting this something New I noticed it is a error 406 Not Acceptable

OK fixed it finally if anyone has the same problem it has to due with a security feature in your .htaccess file. If anyone else does run into this contact your Service provider and find out what security program they are running and have them turn it off in your htaccess file.
