TP DownloadManager Problem (errno=2)

all files working downloading, just one not. another i added later then the one not working.
i deleted the non working one, uploaded and added it again, renamed. but nothing works. just a blank page.

then i lookd in the Errorlog. it says:

2: filesize(): Stat failed for /home/www/web434/html/SimpleMachines/tp-downloads/- empty item - ftp (errno=2 - No such file or directory)
Datei: /.../Sources/TPdlmanager.php
Zeile: 1586

but the file was there, i've uploaded it before . also after rename i've cleared it in the DL List, and added it again, workd also, also showed the filesize and so on,....

someone an Idea? whats going wrong here....or any suggestion...

That is an old error from Tp V.095 if i remember correct and should be fixed for TP V.097
What version of TP are you using at the moment ?

SMF 1.1.1 with TP 0.97

Can you try and download the manual install package, and upload and replace the old ones you have. Make sure they do get overwritten in the process.

Do u mean all Files, or just the "TPdlmanager.php"?
I replaced this file, but all i get is still just a white page.
This Msg in the Errorlog above was just a luck (or another problem;))
I tried to download this file several times. just a white page and no! ErrorLog entry. Other downloads work.

ok, i need help bout this...
i added another file, for testing,....works fine...
i repacked the not working file (zip) und uploaded it again (ftp). then i deleted the test-dl-file and the one who's not working. then i added it to the downloads.
after done this, going to download section and try to download the file again. nothing. just a white page. and this 2 errors:

the readded not working DL is 23. This Errorentry just shows after del & add the new DL.
When i know try to download it, theres no Errorlog entry anymore. So this msg dont helps. It's very strange. Other Downloads works. Biggers and smaller files. But this one fucks up & no ErrorMSG, just a white page. btw, the file is 3692 Kb (other DL are 1mb,6mb,270mb,400kb, all works fine)
and also theres stands "Downloads: 25 / Aufrufe: 1". Thats also not possible. I just added it couple min. ago & tried it max 5 times downloading (no, theres not so many guest who could try it, also not in this short time)...
Have really no Idea whats this about...
(and sorry 4 my english, sometimes im out of my vocabulary , mainly when's needed to explain something^;)

edit: can this be affected by the smf_1.1.1 Security Patch? I installed SMF 1.1, then TP.97. And after comming out the 1.1.1 Patch i also this installed....hmmm....possible or not. i dunno. And also not whats to do.
