Email on membergroup change.

I would like a way to automaticly send a custom email to members when there membergroup gets changed.

This would allow me to explain new permissions and welcome them to the new group.

I posted this on smf as well in hopes of increasing the chances someone will know how to do this.  I searched both  forums and couldn't find anything like this.

This is not a TP related thing, so i suggest you browse back to the Simplemachines.org and ask them to help you out in this.
