Portal title

Hello, i noticed that the portal title is the site link. How to set it to "My portal" or whatever i want?

I already tried to edit index.template.php file and languages files, but it did not work.
Anyone can help me?

You set the site title by going to

Admin > Configuration: Server Settings 

and looking for

Forum Title
