Problems with Banner Rotation

I am still having problems getting my banners to work correctly.

I have been using PHPADSNEW and I don't really like it because it doesn't like me.

I tried using entropybanner on the cpanel but that doesn't like me either.

I also used Gerrymo's Randomad script but that doesn't seem to work either.

I am at a loss of what to do.

Any ideas?  I just want something easy.
