INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

I am getting this on one of my test sites, it is not theme, SMF version or PHP version related. If I click on 'Current Theme' in Admin I get an INTERNAL SERVER ERROR and four and a half pages of errors, Predominantly the following two:

It appears to be looking for an article table without the TP prefix.

Noko, I've been looking at my file for to make sure those variables are set. Can you post your modules file so I can look at it?

I have attached it, but I'm doubtful that the problem is in there as I've already replaced TPmodules.php with one from a test site without the problem.
