Request: Pin topic in "Recent topics"

I think it would be a great idea to have the possibility to pin special topics in the box "Recent topics".

The whole idea with recent topics in my case, are that my members can surf around on the site and always have the forum updated in that box. Most of the members donââ,¬â,,¢t even open the board, in this cases my pinned topics loose effect. I have sometimes topics I want to pin for a week or a month or so, in recent box they disappear rather quickly!

How about a sticky topic box for you seperated from recent topic?

I often have one or two topics wich I want to pin, and in my recent I have the 17 latest topics. Just in my case a pin in the recentbox would be the best.

Maybe I don't explain this correct...

I have a lot of topics witch is pinned, but I don't mean those topics. I mean when I have a really special thing I want to pin just for a week or two!

Now these topics disappear rather quickly in recent box.

I think the only way you can do it is to have a separate block for your pinned topic(s).
