some tportal errors

and then these errors repeat for a page.

Well, the file works here..so it must be your host/site that don't allow getting the file through. The first line says it all I think: fopen(): URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration

You'll probably need to talk to your host and ask them why it is disabled.
