In the documentation article entitled "[Basic How To] Installation" in Section 3, "Installation Through the Package Manager", no mention is made of whether or not one needs to unzip the package before uploading via the PM, and I for one am unsure how to proceed.

Package manager only takes eithe Zipped or Gzipped packages :up:

so all u have to do is specify the location of the zip package for TP u downloaded on ur pc
