Upgrade to TP0.96 Now blocks dont work?

Ok..

I upgraded to TP0.96 from TP0.95 (Which was upgraded from 0.86)

Now My blocks do not show on my site..

The only way to get them to show is if I check Show while in forum box..

But I do not want the blocks showing while in my forum...

Any Suggestions?

I have been digging though the TPortal.php file to find out why. But Its somebody elses coding so Its hard to follow all of it...

I uploaded the TPortal.php file from TP0.95 and my blocks works.. So I know its something in there that is causing this problem...

Any Help would be great.. So I can complete my upgrade from 95 to 96

Really Should fix that in the TP download.. I downloaded that from here..
