Ok, I just got done sifting through 50+ pages of search trying to find an aswer to no avail...

In TP .95 you can select a layout for articles (a,b,c,d) and I have done that, then created my articles...

What I am having a hard time figuring out is how do you actually get more than two articles to show up?

It shows the most recent and whatever one I set as featured, but on say the "b" layout how do you get a third or even fourth article to show up?

I have checked, i believe, all the settings that are there.

i havent used articles too extensively myself but my guess is that u could select the option "show on front page" as true for the article and then use intro text...that way best to my knowledge they should show up on the front page

technodragon73

Nope, tried that too...only shows either the newest article, or the newqest and whatever I set as featured.

Change the value for how many articles you want to show under "Number of posts to show on front page:"

On that screen all I have for choices are allow guests to view, layout, show forum posts on frontpage, number of posts, length of posts, and what to show on frontpage...nothing about number of articles (number of posts is set to 5 and length is set to 300 characters).

Number of posts = number of articles.

Make sure you have set every single article to "show on frontpage" - "yes"! (it's set like this as default though)

This is how it works for me.

Well, I am not sure exactly what I did to make it work...ROFL...but after toying around with it now, I can't seem to get a look for the layout i like...maybe an additional layout choice like was mentioned in a different post...thanks for all of the help guys and gals!
