FTP page doesn't work

When I go to the FTP page in the Downloads section it gives me a 404 error.

TP Version: 0.9.5
SMF Version. 1.1RC3
Theme: Dilber MC/TP

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /index.php could not be found on this server.

Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.cupofownage.com Port 80

That is something you have to contact your host about, they need to give you the rights to use the FTP with in the SMF, there is nothing much we can help you with if they refuse to help you

I do have FTP access. So why wouldn't let SMF use it?

Im not sure, some times the ownership of the file are you when you use regular FTP, but when you use the FTP with in SMF it's SMF that are the file owner.

Have you checked so the settings is correct ?
