Yes, that phrase reminded me of when I used to be an IT Contractor.

"Is the PC plugged in?"
Yes!
"Is it turned on"
Yes!
" are there any loose cables Blah Blah Blah?"
No!

You arrive to their office/home with some replacement parts and the power extension lead is switched off at the wall! half of these people were working for a world-wide company that were contracted to to give IT support to our government departments and we had the contract to supply and support their PC's

I changed it to "Consenti agli visitatori di scrivere degli shout?" is this correct?

I have modified both ISO and UTF8 versions and submitted them for a moderatior to approve (and hopefully delete old ones)

I have also attached both here if you wish to install one to fix it now.
