Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_3f23_0.MYD'

I got this error this morning, right after sending out a newsletter.  Anyone seen this before?  When I use another browser, not one that I am logged in on, I get a database error.

Here is the full error:

Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_3f23_0.MYD' (Errcode: 17)

seems to be a permission error or a DB error, eather a file is not writable, or the sql got overloaded when you tried to mass send the newsletter.
I think this is more of an SMF issue as the newsletter and the handling of the mass send comes with their package and not our TP package

Thanks, yeah, I was on my way back here.  One of my other sites on the same server is now having the same problem, but not as bad as this one.
