TP Download section

 Is there a way to upload a file through FTP and link it through TP's Download section? I have files that are larger than 2000Kb set through my host for PHP uploads.

There is a post about that, I think it can be done that way, I cant find it now, you will have to do a search,

Yes there is and solution given is that you should drag your bigger files to TP attachment folder and it will show up in Download manager screen. (as far as I remember)

Indeed. Just upload it, and then go into admin - DL manager - FTP. There is a list of all un-assigned files there so just locate your file and attach it to a empty or existing item. If you have multiple files you can tick off the ones you want collected and create a new category for them in one swoop.

Note that their titles will be the same as the filenames in that case.
