Problem installing TinyPortal

Well, when I'm going to install tinyportal the seven first processes do not show the "success" message.

This processes are all "extract tree" and "extract code" ones. The "execute modification" processes show the success message. So I think I have some setting wrong, but I have no idea what could it be...

Can anyone help plz?? Thanks

This is normal. The first few are exactly as they said, extracting. Do you get a message at the top of the page to restart your forum after insatlling? Or any failure messages?

Don't forget to click proceed if you get no failures.

As long as there are no failures, there should be no problem.

Okay, I clicked proceed and didn't get any failure, my forum restarted and it has now the new "look". But when I go to the admin panel, the "tiny portal" section is empty! Dunno why!!  So... I think I cannot change anything...

Do you run a diffrent language then the DEFAULT English ?
If so you have to manually add the language files for TinyPortal in the laguage folder in the default theme languages dir to gether with the english ones.

Check the folder forum/themes/default/languages/ that you have the correct language files there.  If you installed to any other theme exept SMF default, the language files will not upload in the correct folder
