ok i think i installed it and i entered the url to install it and it comes up with this Tiny Portal v0.6.5 beta
Checking first if settings tables already exists....
Settings table was NOT created. TinyPortal may not work as intended.
Blocks table was NOT created. TinyPortal may not work as intended.
Variables table was NOT created. TinyPortal may not work as intended.
Articles table was NOT created. TinyPortal may not work as intended.

how do i fix that
