download limits

i maybe posting in wrong forum but im looking for a download limiter for my site i have searched all over the net for smf mods for this but cant find one!

im looking for some thing that will limit the number of downloads each member group can download

ie

new member = 5 downloads a day
member = 10 downlaods a day

some thing like that?  i think this is prob the wrong forum but i really want this mod!

i've never seen anything that does that, but you can search for this at www.simplemachines.org.
click mods on the left for a full list of smf user mods.
if you've already looked there, i can't think of anywhere else that has mods.

The only thing I have seen that is remotely like that is a security image where you have to copy the code to get the download. Havent seen a limiter though.
