Tiny Portal error

Hello,
I've spent quite a long time reading through the different threads of people that are having issues installing Tiny Portal and well..... Heres mine.

I obviously wouldnt post my own problem with installing it if I found the answer to how to fix the error message that I get.  Some of the answers I've read seem pretty close but then I get lost on parts of them, so here goes.

I have freshly installed SMF 1.07 and have downloaded tinyportal .86_rev2

I upload TP using the package manager, and apply mod.

I am then presented a screen that tells me that some files are not chmodded to the correct values so I enter my FTP information and click the submit or proceed button. 
On the next page I click on Proceed and I get this error:

2: copy(/home/forums/public_html/Themes/default/languages/TPortalAdmin.english.php) [<a href='function.copy'>function.copy</a>]: failed to open stream: Permission denied
File: /home/forums/public_html/Sources/Subs-Package.php

Im not sure what I need to do at this point.  Which file is causing a permission problem, Subs_Package.php or the TPortalAdmin.english.php file?

Okay, my bad......

I just started to chmod the Themes/Default directory to 777 and kept trying the proceed link for activating/installing the mod.  Eventually I ended up chmodding the images directory and the files inside of it and the TP installed okay.

Sorry, but hope this helps anyone else that has the same error message that I had.
