Error in sources/load.php after install

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tportal_version() in /mounted-storage/home17a/sub002/sc19050-AXXT/ps360.org/ps360/forum/Sources/Load.php(1607) : eval()'d code on line 254

I am using the neptune tp theme.

Thats the error that is displayed at the bottom, i do not get any access to any tp functions(so basically tp does not function).

Nothing seems to be going right for this install for some reason, and ive installed smf multiple times 

so ill be very grateful for any help

It seems like one or more files got corrupted when you installed your TP.
If you download the manual install package from the download section here, and unzip the package, upload all the files through FTP to your forum and see it it comes back

ok will give it a go now and put the outcome in this post!!

ok well, it solved that first issue and is now functioning, but not completely lol.

EDIT: Solved that problem however  ... .

On a less serious note on the neptune tp theme, the bottom bar does not stretch all the way across, is this fixed through the css or index template?
