That error comes from your index.template.php-- have you edited it ?

Download the manual TP package and upload all the files from that package and overwrite the old ones there.
Then run the manual_TP_install.php and you shoul be good again.

I have run the manual TP:

Upshrink table exists
Settings table exists
Reset theme changer
Updated version to 086
Blocks table exists
Variables table exists
Articles table exists
Dlmanager table exists
TinyPortalÂÃ,´s table structure is now installed/updated.

But.......nothing

You have to manually upload the files to from the package, not just run the manual_TP_install.php

Thats very strange.
But you can try to take the load.php from the SMF install package, and manually upload that file and see if it helps.
Make a backup to the old one first though.
