Blocks for a band website?

I've been asked to create a band website for someone.  He wants a simple site with room to grow and of course I thought TINY PORTAL 

There are some blocks that I would like to have and I want to see if all of this is possible within Tiny Portal as it is right now.

I found a site that caters to musicians and has their own custom CMS and free templates but to use it you have to host with them.  I don't want to do that because I want more control of the site. 

Blog- Use this module to create a News & Announcements page, Road Journal, etc. 

Files General-purpose file storage module. Suitable for both private file storage and public file access (e.g. a Press Kit). 

Guestbook -Visitor guestbook. Provides fields for visitor name, location, and email address. Allows the site owner to reply to guestbook entries. 

Mailing List -Add a "Join the mailing list" box to every page of your site, or link to a page that allows visitors to sign up to one of several mailing lists. 

Music- Supports MP3 streaming, downloads, PayPal sales, iTunes integration, CD Baby integration, fully-automated digital (single-track) sales, and much more. 

Photos -Photos are automatically scaled to full and thumbnail sizes. Fields are provided for titles and descriptions (captions). Photos may optionally be sorted into categories. 

Polls- Create polls for people to vote on. 

Press- Press page, suitable for articles, quotes, or testimonials. Fields are provided for article title, author, publication date, offsite link, and more. 

Profiles- Useful for providing extended bio information on band members (or band profiles in the case of booking agencies and labels). 

Song List- A basic song listing module. Useful for cover bands. 

Store- A general-purpose store that hooks into PayPal or other 3rd-party service. 

Users- A full-featured user system, allowing you to password-protect certain parts of your site and assign visitors their own usernames and passwords.

Video- Upload Quicktime and Windows Media videos to your site.

With some work most of this is possible with Tp

Feline is working on a blogg module, not sure when it will be implented though.

File storage i think download module can be good

Guestbook is easy to implent within an article iframe, there are several good guestbooks you can use and cosumise the way you want.

Mailing list are implented in SMF as is

MP3 streaming i think there is mods on SMF site for, or you can use a jukebox script in a block

Photos for show is also something that will come in TP later on, And same thing there, not sure when though.

Polls is integrated in SMF allready

Press pages can be made with articles

Profiles that way are also something you can do with a staff page module that will be in the next release of TP

Song list can be made with a music mod that you find in SMF forums modsite

Paypal mods there are a few to choose from, so i guess that cover it to.

Password protection for diffrent blocks, forums are also found in mods and addon forums here and on SMF forums

Video streaming are also found on SMF modsite, Quicktime, Mediaplayer and more formats.

Hope this gives you something to look for and think of.

Sounds like TP will  work   I can probably work around some of the items for the time being.  Since the band is just starting out I can wait on some functions to be available.

any news on this feature?, would be a good addition, the "Blogg" seems to be Very important these days
