I was checking out the latest packages via the Package Manager, and I noticed a long list of installed packages.  Since I have been a beta tester for Bloc's Tiny Portal from the beginning, many of the listed
packages are from him.  But I also have SMF packages from SMF v1.0.1 on up.

I am wondering how many of these packages can safely be deleted?  I know I would not 'uninstall' them.  I may just create a test board to play with this if no one has an answer.

Example:

I have these TP install packages:

Mod Name Version
1. TinyPortal 0.4
2. TinyPortal 0.5
3. TinyPortal 0.6
4. TinyPortal 0.65
5. TinyPortal 0.71
6. TinyPortal 0.72

And these SMF packages:

1. SMF 1.0.1 Update Package 1.0.1
2. SMF 1.0.2 Update Package 1.0.2b
3. SMF 1.0.3 Update Package 1.0.3
4. SMF 1.0.4 Update Package 1.0.4
5. SMF 1.0.5 Update Package 1.0.5

if they are not actually installed, you can just cut them off the server and paste somewhere onto your hard drive using an ftp program (FlashFXP, SmartFTP)
i'm not sure if that answered your question, because i'm still not sure exactly what you meant :D

You can delete all the SMF update packages as they aren't need at all once they're installed. As for TP packages, its probably the same but I'm not sure. Download them if you want to be safe.

I just moved the old tp files out of the Packages dir and then the old versions will not show up in the Package Manager / Browse Packages place -- you will only see the TinyPortal 0.72 .
