ifilm.com video is easy to embed in a box

The embed code is provided with each video. Very handy.

You can easily scale the video by changing the width and height parameters to suit.

Very short advert appears at the end of the video.

I used this method to overcome the issues with ActiveX/WindowsMediaPlayer & FireFox.

It's the same with Youtube.com. They provide an embed code for each item, as well.
