how can i delete this articles?

I think you can via delete from the database only (in PHP admin)

choose the smf database and run this query:

SELECT * FROM `smf_tp_variables` WHERE `type` = 'category' 

(change smf_tp_variables to whatever the database name is. it might have any prefix: xxx_tp_variables or just tp_variables, it depends on your database, just search for tp_variables)

and delete any record you don't want.

no sory but in the "smf_tp_variables" is the shoutbox shouts

yes the type 'shoutbox' is for shouts.

and that query only shows you the rows which have the type 'category' but you can search for them manually if you don't want to.
