I like it, but how do we do that 

I have one question.

Is possible to make one small block just for the Download section that is not together with the User block ?

Hi oliver. Just create a custom new block, type html. Give it a title "Downloads" and put some links to your download section in it.

If you want to disappear the download module from the userbox, you have to delete some lines in TPortalBlocks.template.php in your theme-folder.
There was another thread about this modification, but i'm not able to find it now.
