Add comments feature in the download section, why not ?

I think each download item can be comments by any members, as a say thank to the author of download item,...etc...
It's a good feature if can, so what you think about that feature, Bloc ?Ã,

Thats fair enough, provided comments can be turned off. Otherwise our Downloads area would have to be turned off completely.
